Companies at the heart of our project
CSB.SCHOOL was co-founded by three cybersecurity experts and is supervised by education professionals. Our goal is to give companies (SMEs or large groups) access to recognised and certified talent and skills in cybersecurity (RNCP-registered qualifications, programmes awarded the SecNumEdu label by ANSSI).
Recruit a talent trained in cybersecurity
Make the most of our students' expertise to boost your projects. Trained in industrial cybersecurity and IT security, as well as crisis management and governance, risk and compliance, our students are supervised by our academic advisers and our team of experts.
360° cyber
Cyber is not just about information security. That is why we offer our students the chance to study the full spectrum of cybersecurity: industry (OT), crisis management (SOC) and compliance (GRC).
"All-inclusive" price
A single price that covers all services: recruitment, support until the contract is signed, training hours, e-learning and certification exams. The cost of training is funded by your company's OPCO.
Diversity
Our approach and recruitment methods aim to foster diversity, for example by supporting career changes or welcoming atypical profiles.
Micro-businesses and SMEs
We offer a tailor-made solution for your company. Our model and our offers adapt to every type of organisation.
À la carte
Whether your needs are long, medium or short term, our training is modular and à la carte. On request, we can deliver specialised in-house training to meet your specific needs.
Certified talent
Coming from the cybersecurity world, we know that certifications are often worth more than a degree. Our training includes preparation for certifications (CEH, CISSP, etc.).
Operational
Cybersecurity is first and foremost about practice, practice and more practice. 80% of our training is based on this model. Our learners master the theory and are also qualified operational staff.
Experts
All our instructors are working professionals who rely on simulation equipment, such as our Network Lab, so that our students can practise in conditions as close as possible to the "real" world.
Your role in our programmes and our school
Our school aims to support all players in cybersecurity. Together with its partners, it is part of a collective drive to bring about the change needed to develop cybersecurity. Conferences, debates, round tables and themed days are organised and hosted at our school throughout the year. These events are open to all our partners and are co-designed with them.
What a partnership with our school brings you
Recruiting rare and valuable talent is essential in our field. Our teaching model does everything possible to support you in this process. Joining us means simplifying your procedures and being sure of hiring someone able to adapt and to train properly and continuously. At a time when staff turnover has never been higher, recruiting a work-study student from our school maximises your chances of retaining them.
Costs, hiring aid and work-study rhythm
Tuition: fees are funded by your company’s OPCO (€11,500 per year for the Bachelor Cybersecurity Specialist, €15,000 per year for the Bac+5 Expert). Only the mandatory flat contribution of €750 per contract (Bac+3 and above, since July 2025) remains payable by the employer.
2026 hiring aid: for a contract signed since 8 March 2026 and starting before 1 January 2027, the French State pays for the first year €2,000 to companies with fewer than 250 employees, €750 to companies with 250 employees or more (subject to conditions), and up to €6,000 for an apprentice with a recognised disability (Decree no. 2026-168).
Rhythm: Bachelor Cybersecurity Specialist, 2 weeks at school / 4 weeks in the company; Bac+5 Cybersecurity Manager, 2 weeks at school / 5 weeks in the company.
Our team supports you through every step: finding the candidate, the contract, the OPCO and the aid application. Amounts applicable in 2026.
Companies, at our side to accompany you
We share the conviction that training is one of the key answers to cybersecurity challenges. Together, with our partner companies, we want to support the diversity of profiles required to study cybersecurity and promote the variety of professions in this field. The list is updated on a regular basis.

Thiebaut Meyer Director, Office of the CISO. Google
Along with sustainable development, training is one of the pillars of Google Cloud's commitment in France. We are convinced that the cybersecurity sector must be supported through professional training. My participation in the Strategic Committee of CSB.School is the reflection of this commitment and this support.
Our 100% cybersecurity programs
Our training courses are designed with our partner companies to meet market needs. Our Bachelors prepare for professions, more particularly focused on technique. Our Bac+5 programs, meanwhile, prepare for jobs related to Management.
Our Intra-company training
CSB.SCHOOL offers to train your employees and help them develop their skills in the field of cybersecurity. After a thorough study of your needs by our development manager, you will be put in touch with our teaching experts on the identified theme.
Bachelor Cybersecurity specialist
The ideal path into the technical professions of cybersecurity. Bridges exist for people who have already completed IT-related programmes (BTS in IT, IUT in IT...) as well as for those from backgrounds wrongly seen as “far removed” from cyber (law degree, IAE business school...).
Bac+5 Cybersecurity Manager
This programme is designed for positions of responsibility and for highly specific cybersecurity needs. It lets you deepen and refine your knowledge and skills in one of our three specialisations: Industrial (OT), Security Operations Management (SOC) or Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
